[Bug 1090342] [NEW] [Trunk] crash when adding IBAN / bank details on partner with l10n_fr_rib

Public bug reported:

Hello,

I created a new DB with only l10n_fr.
 l10n_fr_rib is installed by dependancy.

I create a customer
I add bank details ('IBAN + bank)

Now I get this message every time I go back to the partner :
Uncaught Error: QWeb2 - template['ListView.rows']: Runtime Error: Error: QWeb2 - template['ListView.row']: Runtime Error: Error: Unknown field state in domain [["state","not in",["rib"]]]
But I can click Ok and see the form.
The many to many field on banks is blank now and not editable.

...and I cannot create any more bank account.

I have attached my test DB in case in can help

Thanks
