If you try to create an invoice from a form of stock picking in which you enter from a tree view grouped by a field, you will get an error. Invoice will be created correctly, but you will get an error of a view that shows a created record.
This is on older and in trunk version of OpenERP 6.1

Steps to reproduce this error:
1. Create an delivery order with "To be invoiced" value
2. Process it
3. Go back to tree view
4. Group by "Expected date"
5. Enter delivery order you've just created
6. Click "Create Invoice" which raises a wizard
7. Click "Create Invoice" in wizard

Wizard will create an invoice but the view that gets open will report an
error
