I noticed today when adding a scheduled phone call that the images in
the treeview are broken - either the image is missing or the link to the
image is incorrect.

I replicated this problem in the latest trunk (
http://trunk_2517.runbot.openerp.com ) with database trunk_2517_all.

Sales -> Phone Calls -> Scheduled Calls

You don't actually have to add any calls, you can see from the demo data
that all records in the treeview have broken images.
