Public bug reported:

1. On a runbot db_all or db with demo data, go to Sales => Sales => Contracts
2. Open a record (e.g. Consultancy)
3. In the bottom of the form, click on an "Invoice" link
4. error message asking for a template of a contract

I think we should provide a template contract with the demo data if it
is absolutely necessary (but why is a template of a contract mandatory
here?)
