Step to reproduce

1. Go on the runbot
2. Install base report designer and download the file
3. The popup says "Download openerp_report_designer.zip" but the file you'll get will have another name, the name of the wizard. Namely: base_report_designer_installer_.zip


This is of course not specific to this file. All file from wizard seems to receive the name of the wizard instead of the one defined.
