In OpenERP 7 the workflow buttons are too close to the buttons for
saving/discard, it is confusing in the case you have a 'cancel' button
in the workflow, ie for projects, phases, tasks.

It happens to me several times that i wanted to cancel an edition, and
instead of click on discard the first thing i see is the 'cancel' button
making me to cancel the task instead of cancel the edition.

Could be the save/discard buttons be in a different area (ie. the bottom
like when we a form is displayed in a dialog box), or make them more
notorius so users don't click the wrong button.

Also would be nice if those buttons were always visible, when i read
messages on the very bottom i don't have to go full page top again,
maybe using a static floating actions bar.
