[Bug 1097944] [NEW] 7.0 account - journal - name and code must be translatable

Public bug reported:

currently journal names are English only and sequence prefix are derived
from journal code (good idea) but the code is an English abbreviation of
the journal name and does not mean anything in other languages

for example invoice often have
*AR for customer invoices
*ER for supplier invoices

accounting is not usable out of the box for non English speaking users if they have to select journals
and is not multilang ready.

AFAICS there is no "easy" way to correct this situation with a module,
because the existing journals and sequence prefix have to be updated
before use.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
