While putting together a merge proposal, I noticed that there is no tag
"7.0.0" in the trunk.

Usually when a new release is made, a tag is set on the trunk to indicate which revision the stable release is based on, before the stable branches are forked.
This is very convenient for community members as it lets us make proposals that can merge successfully in both v7.0 and trunk.

Can you please tag v7.0.0 in both the trunk and the v7.0 branches ?
