As per your bug description I have checked your issue. And I have
created two applicants for the position of developer and I have answer
the survey after that both candidate have pdf attachment.

So, I have attached related video  for your information.So, would you
please double check it ? And notify us if you still have any doubts.

Title:
  Recruitment survey doesn't attach pdf file to candidate

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In selection process the first time a recruiting survey is answered for a candidate a pdf file is generated and attached to the candidate's record.
  When the same questionnaire is answered for another candidate, the pdf file is not attached to the candidate's record.

  Modules:
  hr_recruitment - 6.1.1.0
  survey - 6.1.1.0
