Public bug reported:

Reporting part is a most important thing for any system.

I am checking a partner ledger report of Accouting and see that we can't
able to fiter this based on partner.

This is the usefull part if there is a large organization then partner
vise ledger report become very useful.

Expected : Add a partner filter on this report.
