Public bug reported:

Try the below step and see purchase order can't completed.

1. Create the Purchase order, set invoice policy based on incoming shipment.
2. Confirm Purchase order. Receive the product.
3. Create invoice, Paid the invoice.

Finally the whole cycle is completed for purchase order, but when I see
the purchase order its state is purchase order which should be on done
state.
