Public bug reported:

Summary: The MO expects a serial number for components that have none.
It does not give the opportunity to specify the serial number for the
assembly, where it does require one.

Open the demo data. Go to Settings/Warehouse. Activate functionality
“Track Serial Number on Procucts”. Open product [PC-DEM]. In tab
Inventory, activate “Track Manufacturing Lots”. Create an MO for this
product. Try and produce this MO. You will get an error message saying
that a serial number is required. There is a "Split into SN" icon on
each line item of the BOM even though these components don’t have serial
numbers. Only the assembly [PC-DEM] was configured to use a serial
number. There is no place in the form to input the SN of the assembly
[PC-DEM].

Expected:
- Remove the icon for "Split into serial numbers" on all components of the BOM that don't have serial numbers.
- Add an input for the serial number of the MO's product, the assembly.
