As an Human resources manager I am able to create a payslip only for
myself. If I choose another employee I get

Access Denied

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security
restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Pay Slip, Operation: create)


If I log in as super admin I can create every time.

I am using v7 2013-02-15
