Shows the successfully added files to the project task. Adding PDF-Files
fails as can be seen in the log-file above.

  OpenERP 7.0 -Cannot add Document to Project Task

Bug description:
  Hi

  I'm using:

  OS: Windows 2012
  Browser: Firefox
  OpenERP version 7.0-20130216-002451

  After installing "Document Management System" module under OpenERP 7.0
  I can browse the document and select it but it gets never loaded into
  OpenERP.

   Please have a loot at the attached picture.
