In the default configuration, if the user want to cancel an invoice, he gets the message :
"Error!

You cannot modify a posted entry of this journal.
First you should set the journal to allow canceling entries."

This is wrong since this option is not available in the default
configuration unless you install the module "Cancel Journal Entries".

I assume this option has been deliberately  put in a specific module because it is a bad habit to cancel entries...
But, the message has to be adjusted.
