Public bug reported:

this is a systematic error - hence I report it as a server bug

to reproduce - see attachment (try with 1st day of month)

project: task work 
enter data for March 1th 0:42 (GMT+1 = Vienna)
date get stored as Feb 28th 23:42

now group by date (month) - the resource is shown for the wrong
date/month

bad enough if your invoiced is based on this (wrong) data

obviously this error will occur much more often for countries with large
time differences to UTC
