I have checked this issue with latest trunk as well with 7.0, but its
working fine at all. I made video for your more reference. So, would you
please check it again with latest and correct me if i did any wrong.

  User with full access can't create Projects

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  User with full access can't create projects. 
  Saving new project I recive the following error: 

  Access Denied

  The requested operation cannot be completed due to security
  restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

  (Document type: Project, Operation: read)

  Account I'm using is:
  - Employee
  - Manager in Project Management 
  - No Portal / Anonymus flag
