Hello Christian,

I saw your video and I hoped anything was fine with latest openerp release, but I'm experiencing the same problem. 
On latest OpenERP release I imported a DB and I can see the same issue in project creation. 

Can I provide some other informations or staff?

  User with full access can't create Projects

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  User with full access can't create projects. 
  Saving new project I recive the following error: 

  Access Denied

  The requested operation cannot be completed due to security
  restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

  (Document type: Project, Operation: read)

  Account I'm using is:
  - Employee
  - Manager in Project Management 
  - No Portal / Anonymus flag
