  [7.0]l10n_be_partner_vat_listing.rml the VAT Code is not on the report

Bug description:
  Runbot : http://7-0-7318.runbot.openerp.com/
  Scenario :
  1) change fiscal postion Axcelor to : Régime Intra-Communautaire
  2) change vat code of [ADPT] USB Adapter to VAT-OUT-21-L
  3) change vat code of [AT] Air Ticket to VAT-OUT-21-S
  4) create a sales invoice for axelor with 2 products 
       ADPT 1 Piece
       AT  1 Piece
  5) Validate
  6) Goto Reporting > Legal Reports > Belgium Statements > Partner VAT Intra
  7) Period Code : 042013
  8) Add periods : X 04/2013
  9) Push on Preview
  10) Look at report

  You get 2 lines for the same VAT number, one for the services, one for
  the products.

  The title on the report : Code (Tax Code) is empty, so the customer
  doesn't know why it's split ...
