Hello,

[trunk]; new db without demo data

in a new db, install sales. In the chart of account wizard, select
"Belgium" and then apply both wizards. It will install full accounting
while sales should only install invoicing and payments rights.

I tested only with belgium chart i don't know if it is a chart issue or
a sale issue
