Public bug reported:

There is a view error on account.journal form. If you open it in Chrome
everything works fine, but if you open it in Firefox (latest version,
I'm using version 24) you can't see the right group (containing default
debit and credit accounts) and you have to scroll to it with horizontal
scroll-bar.
