  Inventory : lot number constraint should apply when entering line

Bug description:
  Hi,

  Description :
  when entering a large inventory, constraint on lot number is checked only when validating the inventory.
  If not all the products are set with "Track Incoming Lots" attribute, it then becomes difficult or almost impossible to find out which lot number is missing".
  The constraint should be check when adding the inventory line.

  Impact :
  All companies with large inventory.

  Way to reproduce :
  * create a new DB
  * with module Stock, set "Track serial number on products"  and "Track serial number on logistic units (pallets)"
  * add a product with "Track Incoming Lots" attribute
  * add a product without "Track Incoming Lots" attribute
  * add an inventory with these 2 products
  => the constraint is checked only when validating the inventory
