Steps to reproduce:
- As a regular OE user, send a message to a portal user.
- Log in as that portal user.
- Reply to your message in your inbox.
- After clicking "send", the message is sent "to nobody".
- Log in as the regular user.
- No message replies in your inbox.
- Click on "Archived", there you will see the response, but sent to "nobody".

Expected results:
Every user should be able to reply to a message, at least to the original sender, and it should always notify the recipient.

OE Version: 7.0-20131212-002408, installed from official repos in
Ubuntu.

Note: Maybe related to Bug #1236808 ?
