[Bug 1268019] [NEW] Bug in incoming email to create automatic record
Public bug reported:
Steps:
1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed.
1.1) Create new BD with data demo.
1.2) Install module CRM.
1.3) Assign permissions Technical Features to user Administrator.
1.4) Configurate Incoming Mail Servers:
Server Type: POP Server.
Server Name: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 995
SSL/TLS: Yes.
Username: ventas@xxxxxxxxxx
Password: xxxx
Create a New Record: Lead/Oportunity.
Server Priority: 5
Keep Attachments: Yes.
Active: Yes.
Keep Original: No
1.5) Click button : Test and Confirm.
1.6) Configurate Scheduled Actions -> Fetchmail Service:
Interval Number:1 Minute.
1.7) Enable POP in mail: ventas@xxxxxxxxxx.
Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on
1.8) Send email: "Test1" from gabriela@xxxxxxxxxx to ventas@xxxxxxxxxx.
1.9) The new email was created as lead: Lead 1. This is correct. **The result observed is The result expected"**
1.10) Reply email "Test 1" to gabriela@xxxxxxxxxx from ventas@xxxxxxxxxx
1.11) The email response was added as a message to the lead(Lead 1). This is correct. **The result observed is The result expected**
1.12) Send New Mail: "Test 2" from ventas@xxxxxxxxxx to gabriela@xxxxxxxxxx.
2) The result you observed:
-The New Mail "Test 2" was created as Lead.
3) The result you expected:
-Do not create any Lead.
-The Mail "Test 2" is a "send mail" of ventas@xxxxxxxxxx, this mail has no relationship with any Lead, therefore should not create a new lead.
4) The platform you are using:
Browser: Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu Canonical - 1.0 (23.0)
OS: Ubuntu 13.04
5) The OpenERP version you are using, if possible including the specific
revision:
server: 5194
addons: 9752
web:4108
openerp version: 7.0
PD. The pop protocol works as smtp protocol.
The imap protocol makes step 1.11) incorrectly, therefore the item 4 and 5 work fine.
