[Bug 1269796] [NEW] Message sent twice from "Compose a new message" button when contact name is same as email address.

Public bug reported:

On the "Messaging" screen, click "Compose a new message" type a new
email address (not a contact) which creates a contact like:

tim@xxxxxxxxxxx <tim@xxxxxxxxxxx>

When the message is sent, it gets sent twice. When you again "Compose a
new message" and send it to the above created contact, the message is
sent twice again.

When you send from the Contact details view (Messaging > Contacts >
appropriate contact) using the conversation view, the message is sent
once as expected.

When the Name of the contact is changed to: Tim Birkett and the above
procedure repeated, the message sends once as expected.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
