Public bug reported:

I want to report openerp doesn't start in windows due can resolve import
of decimal_precision module in
openerp/addons/website_quote/model/order.py line 27 and
openerp/website_sale_delivery/model/sale_order.py line 5.

Please note that I have not knowledge about python, so due I don't
understand importing resolution path to double check if not exists this
module a file search doesn't show anything, it is missing?
