observed in v7:

- Install just the module 'account'.
- create a bank statement with a line.
- confirm it: it generates a move (ok)
- duplicate the statement: you get a new statement in draft (ok)
- new moves have been created, duplicating the existing ones. That is incorrect, moves should not be duplicated.
