for me the normal functioning of an ERP are as follows:

When you delete a draft invoice openerp not release the delivery orders
and cannot reinvoice the delivery orders THIS IS A MISTAKE

There are no discounts for global sales and purchases to me is a big
failure and leaving openerp "7" incomplete.

There are other faults as the breakdown of taxes, there are no discounts
in the form of supplier product ... among other faults I found.

I think  openerp can't be called ERP as it lacks lot of basic functions.
