[Bug 1296491] [NEW] Bill of Materials Components search does not include Internal Reference

Public bug reported:

http://7-0-31563-all.runbot.openerp.com

When performing a "where used" search, you can't enter the Internal
Reference (Part Number) as the search term.

1) Go to Manufacturing > Bills of Materials Components
2) Go to the search box
3) Enter LCD17
4) Select "Search Components" from the drop down under the search box
5) The search results are empty. There should be a list of all BOMs where LCD17 is a component.

1) Go to Manufacturing > Bills of Materials Components
2) Go to the search box
3) Enter PCSC349
4) Select "Search Bill of Materials" from the drop down under the search box
5) The search results are empty. There should be a list of all BOMs where PCSC349 is in the Internal Reference for the BOM's product.

The Internal Reference is most often used as the field for the Part
Number. If you can't perform a Where Used search by part number then you
are severely handicapped. A part number is a unique identifier where
names are not unique. It will appear that the Where Used function is
broken / unusable to an ERP evaluator.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
