[Bug 1290858] [NEW] Cannot re-install a module that have been uninstalled

Hello,

You cannot re-install a module that was previously uninstalled.

Steps:
* create a new fresh database
* install the "Social Network" module
* uninstall it
* trying to re-install it leads to an error

Was also tested with "Sale" module.
