Hi,

This issue should be fixed from addons side, hence changing the project
to openobject-addons.

I have fixed this issue in the branch lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-
addons/7.0-opw-605264-rgo, with revision-id:
rgo@xxxxxxxxxxx-20140331054020-qyc2juabo0m523bl and revision #: 9942.

Title:
  Cannot re-install a module that have been uninstalled

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Hello,

  You cannot re-install a module that was previously uninstalled.

  Steps:
  * create a new fresh database
  * install the "Social Network" module
  * uninstall it
  * trying to re-install it leads to an error

  Was also tested with "Sale" module.
