Bug description:
  When the user registers task work without a summary, the timesheet
  line contains the python term 'False'

  For 7.0, this was partially fixed in
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-
  addons/7.0/revision/7851/project_timesheet/project_timesheet.py
