[Bug 1317471] [NEW] [7.0]Delivery Orders only have internal locations

Public bug reported:

Hi,

We were trying to do internal stocks moves from warehouse (type:
internal) to stock (type: inventory) via delivery orders and found there
is a domain on source destination field restriction to see location
other than type:internal.

Steps to reproduce bug:
* Create a warehouse location of type internal A.
* Create a warehouse location of type inventory B.
* Create new delivery order and try to move product from warehouse A to B. You will notice that Warehouse B will not appear in Destination Location field

Suggestion:
* Change domain to [('usage','<>', 'view')]

Let me know if any more clarification is needed.

Regards,
Kinner
