[Bug 941031] [NEW] openjdk does not remember security approvals , even when they are marked as 'always trusted'

Public bug reported:

When I log into my webbank the java dialog window asks me if I want to
"Always trust content from this publisher" , the check-box is checked
and I choose "run".

The next time I try to log in I expect openjdk to run without asking me for approval again, but instead it's asking again.
It seems like the digital signature is not stored, maybe some kind of permission problem ?

** Affects: openjdk-6 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
