[Bug 594808] Re: Main window is too big for small screen resolutions

I don't have the current screen in front of me, but if I recall the
discussion was still a bit in the air. Some found it less convenient
having some of the blank buttons hidden away. Also I think a question
was raised as to how useful the [<<] [>>] first/last slide buttons are.
I guess very useful to those who use them, and not useful to those who
don't! :) Personally I don't think I've ever used the last slide button,
and only use the first slide on rare occasion and probably wouldn't miss
it if it was gone. But that's just me.

Do we still have two buttons for loop? I thought we only needed the one. toggle start/stop with the timing in the settings.
Again the question of whether this button is needed for "songs". More useful for images and custom (for pre-service notice slides). (P.S. I know I'm the one who asked for it everywhere but I've been known to change my mind ;)

At the end the only answer to please everyone will be lots of
customization but this would take work and we'd still need a default
configuration.

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software: Confirmed

Bug description:
If I use a resolution e.g. 1024x768 (typical for Beamer) the live view control panel is too big, because of a lot of control elements (3x slide control, 3x screen control, 3x loop control and go2Verse field). As a result the main window extends beyond the edge of the screen.
