The "Go to Verse" menu button is still there, and it still pushes
everything out. Also, the timer slide length spin edit is also still
there, and should be removed, imnsho.

Bug description:
If I use a resolution e.g. 1024x768 (typical for Beamer) the live view control panel is too big, because of a lot of control elements (3x slide control, 3x screen control, 3x loop control and go2Verse field). As a result the main window extends beyond the edge of the screen.
