Hrm. If it's a problem with your tuner card, then there isn't really
much we can do about it, I'm afraid. It looks like your card provides a
codec, and that codec is conflicting with OpenLP.

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software: New

Bug description:
OpenLP.exe has stopped working on run from fresh install from OpenLP-1.9.2-setup.exe.

It appears there might be an issue with AVerMedia tuner cards. I have a this card:

I haven't checked the source yet to see if I can diagnose anything. I'm not familiar with Python or QT as I deal mainly with PHP and Java.
