Public bug reported:

As of the latest windows installer, the "blank" modes do not work
correctly.

Issue 1:
When in show desktop mode, going live on an item causes it to appear on the screen. The other two modes do not show the item until they have been toggled off!

Issue 2:
Show theme, does not "show theme", instead, it behaves the same as the "blank screen" button!
