[Bug 656177] [NEW] saved ppt file to order of service

Public bug reported:

1.9.3 build bzr 1070 I have a ppt.file that is 2.8 meg in size and has 9
image slides in the file. Add it to order of service and save it. The
saved osz file is now 9 times 2.8 meg in size, around 28 meg. If I add
the same ppt file to beginning and end of service, (we use it for
announcements), it will increase the osz file to 56 meg in size.
