That is the problem.  I renamed
....\openlp\data\bibles\old_database_King_James.sqlite to
old_database_King_James.sqlite.old   and the wizard did not run

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Just installed bzr-1615.  Openlp start, Bible upgrade wizard runs to
  completion.

  Close OpenLP and restart.

  Bible-upgrade wizard starts again.  This time in the Bible selection
  window is the message

  "This Bible exists.  Please change the name or uncheck it."

  In all cases I selected "There's no need to backup my files".

  I only have one bible installed.

  openlp bzr-1613 works correctly.
