[Bug 797522] [NEW] [Documentation] Document display tags

Public bug reported:

Hello,

The next version (1.9.6) escapes HTML which means that any HTML entered
in a song will be displayed on the screen. E. g.

"This is my <strong>first<strong> verse"
will converted to
"This is my &lt;strong&gt;first&lt;strong&gt; verse"

The HTML "<strong>" will now (as it is escaped) treat like text (and not
as HTML to format text). We should mention this in the release notes and
it will be good to have this documented in the manual.

It has to be documented:
1) How to use Display Tags.
2) How to create them.

There are already mentioned here:
http://manual.openlp.org/songs.html?highlight=formatting%20tags#adding-
or-editing-the-lyrics

See: http://support.openlp.org/issues/156 "Display Tags Displaying"

Cheers
