Hello,

The stage view should be documented. This includes the following things:

1) The stage view itself. People need to know that we have this feature. It should be enough to write a few lines about the stage view (in addition to http://manual.openlp.org/configure.html?highlight=stage#remote-tab).
2) How to customise the display? (css file)
