We have three song books that our churches songs come from and the
musician seem to have the numbers down to refer to a song. This is neede
as there are duplicate titles that refer to different songs.

  Allow song selection by song book/number

Bug description:
  At the moment, to search by song book, number, I'm having to add that
  information to the song title.

  It would be nice to be able to search and select directly by song
  book/number.
