Public bug reported:

Regardless of setting of themes, songs imported from 1.2 installation on
same machine all receive the default global theme.  Also noticed that
global theme keeps showing up in the Registry entry despite changing it
on installation and manually.  Have also tried exporting 1.2 songs from
openlp.org version and importing into 1.9.6 with same result.   Windows
7 Home, latest patches, OpenOffice - latest download
