[Bug 820338] Re: Thick black vertical border obscures each side of theme jpg image

Peter,

Glad to be of a little help. You may want to take a look at GIMP (open-
source alternative to Photoshop) for creating backgrounds.

Here's a site with this and other open-source editors.

Title:
Thick black vertical border obscures each side of theme jpg image

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  1) Windows XP Home Edition. Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.101209-1647n(service pack 3)
  2) Microsoft Office 2007
  3) OpenLP 1.9.6
  4) Select Theme Manager
Stripes already present on supplied sample theme images.
Click on 'Create a New Theme' in Theme Manager and select an image.
The black stripes appear on selected image.
If the selected image contains text, this is partly obscured by the stripes when the theme is used. It can only be compensated for by overriding the Output Area Locations in Main and Footer areas to 'X' position of at least 120px.
