  OpenLP Icon is not present in Arch Linux, KDE or GNOME

Bug description:
  Version 1.9.7, On seperate Arch installs running KDE and one running
  GNOME, there is no OpenLP icon in the menu systems. Running either
  openlp or openlp-bzr from the AUR.
