Windows 7, build bzr-1787

When un-installing OpenLP a message is generated stating:

"Some elements could not be removed.  These can be removed manually."

The app folder OpenLP is left containing:

1.  psvince.dll
2.  A folder called "support".

psvince.dll is used during the uninstall.

The folder "support" is created the first time OpenLP is executed.
