  Packing themes into the service manager files

Bug description:
  Hello,

  On all OS versions at OpenLP 1.9.7.

  It would be really nice if not only the whole songs, presentaions,
  videos, but also the themes would be packaged in the Service file.
  (May be both service theme and song themes). Right now, if you are
  preparing your service on one computer and present on someone´s
  computer who has not all your files you need to export your themes and
  bring them with you and then import them into his computer. I would
  suggest to package also themes with the service files. I know that
  some users may not like this, therefore there can be some kind of
  choice what you really want to save to the service file (or maybe some
  advance save method).

  Sounds to me as a good idea :)
