Latest trunk in a dual screen Ubuntu 11.10 virtualbox VM. (Unity)

In the first time wizard, I selected monitor 2, however the maindisplay
still appeared on the first monitor when it started. I tried selecting
Monitor 1 too, but the same result.

Note, this combined with the Escape-not-working bug means that OpenLP is
unusable on Ubuntu.
