Public bug reported:

After the recent change to remove X11BypassWindowManagerHint, switching
away from the OpenLP application now causes the MainDisplay window to
disappear.

However going into the settings and changing the monitor to screen 1,
saving and then back to Screen 2 works around this issue. Perhaps
therefore we might be able to create the MainDisplay later in the
program startup to prevent this problem?
